The only domain covered by the HRC privacy policy is hrcberkeley.org. Some of our pages provide links to third-party websites, such as those of our campus partners and nongovernmental organizations. Because HRC does not control the information policies or practices of these third parties, you should review their privacy policies to learn more about how they collect and use personally identifiable information.

Non-personal data is collected automatically about site visitors, indicating their browser type, operating system, Internet service provider, or the site they clicked from. We use this data to determine the total number of site visits and the average time visitors spend at the site. We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies to collect information about site visitors. This kind of anonymous data is collected in the aggregate and does not tell us any information about a visitor as an individual.
